Dottie Schindlinger is Executive Director of Diligent Institute, the research arm of Diligent Corporation, leading provider of modern governance software. In her role, Dottie researches and presents findings on the intersection of governance and technology as a recognized expert in the field. She is the co-author of Governance in the Digital Age: A Guide for the Modern Corporate Board Director, and co-hosts The Corporate Director Podcast. Dottie was a founding team member of BoardEffect, a board management software platform serving nonprofit boards, acquired by Diligent in 2016. Prior to BoardEffect, she spent 15 years working in a variety of governance roles, including as a board support professional, consultant, trainer, board member, and senior executive. Dottie graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in English.  She lives in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her husband, Ron.

Betty Liu is the Chief Experience Officer at Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE) and Executive Vice Chairman for NYSE Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICE. In both roles, Liu is charged with enhancing and innovating the customer experience across the entire organization, as well as helping elevate relationships with the C-suite of ICE's thousands of business partners.

Prior to joining the NYSE in 2018, Liu was an award-winning business journalist. She most recently anchored the Bloomberg Television “Daybreak Asia” program. She also co-created and anchored “In the Loop” for 8 years on Bloomberg. Prior to the NYSE acquisition, Liu served as founder and CEO of Radiate. Radiate’s content of empowering leaders with expert advice continues to scale through NYSE’s platforms today.

Before joining Bloomberg Television, Liu was an anchor for CNBC Asia based in Hong Kong. Prior to that, she was the Atlanta bureau chief for the Financial Times. Earlier in her career, Liu was the Taiwan bureau chief for Dow Jones Newswires and a Hong Kong-based regional correspondent for the newswire. In 1997, she received a Dow Jones Newswires Award for her coverage of the Asian financial crisis. Liu is also author of the career guide, Work Smarts: What CEOs Say You Need to Know to Get Ahead.

Liu earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania.

During his 30-year HP career, Enrique has held senior leadership positions spanning HP’s Personal Systems, Print, Industrial and Services businesses across country, region and worldwide roles.

As President of the company’s $20 billion Imaging, Printing & Solutions business, he consistently outperformed the company’s peer set with a focus on differentiated innovation, business model evolution and strategic M&A – including the company’s acquisition of Samsung’s printer business in 2017 – while fostering important ecosystem partnerships including Canon and Xerox.

He was a key architect of the separation of Hewlett-Packard Company in 2015, of one of the largest and most complex corporate separations in business history, and he successfully led the Separation Management Office. He was instrumental in transforming HP’s cost structure while simplifying the organization and creating the capacity to invest in innovation to drive profitable top and bottom-line growth.

Other previous leadership roles include GM of HP’s commercial PC business, SVP of worldwide customer support and services, and SVP of worldwide sales and solutions, among others.

Enrique is deeply rooted in HP values and an advocate for the company’s Sustainable Impact strategy, aligning business and societal needs. He has spearheaded HP’s commitment to environmental sustainability and consistently drives efforts to positively impact people, planet and communities around the world.

Enrique began his career as an HP intern, earning his degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and his MBA from ESADE Business School. He is a passionate, purpose-driven leader who believes in building strong teams and empowering people. He serves on the boards of Silicon Valley Leadership Group and ESADE Business School.

Pamela A. Gibbs serves as the Chief Diversity Officer for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  She heads the agency’s Office of Minority and Women Inclusion, and provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the SEC’s diversity and inclusion strategy advances the goals of the agency’s core mission—protecting investors.  Under the direction of Ms. Gibbs, the SEC has developed strategic partnerships and alliances with diverse educational institutions, professional organizations, and community-based organizations, increased the utilization of minority-owned and women-owned businesses in the agency’s supply chain, and developed diversity standards for the more than 25,000 entities regulated by the SEC.  In addition, the SEC has initiated an enhanced national outreach program to attract a diverse talent pool for current and future employment opportunities.

Prior to joining the SEC, Ms. Gibbs served as the Director for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.  Ms. Gibbs began her career at the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor, as a trial attorney in the Civil Rights Division.  Ms. Gibbs is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the Georgetown University Law Center.
