Lynn is an Executive Vice President of State Street Global Advisors and CIO of Global Equity Beta Solutions. In this capacity, she oversees a team of 80 portfolio managers and analysts globally, and more than 1,400 portfolios with assets in excess of $1.4 trillion across all equity index and smart beta strategies. She also oversees State Street Global Advisors' ESG Investments and Asset Stewardship Team as well as the Company Stock Group which manages fiduciary transactions and company stock investments, including company stock ownership and 401K plans. In addition, she is a Director of the State Street Global Advisors Trust Company and member of the State Street Global Advisors Fiduciary and Conduct Committee and the Investment Committee. Lynn also serves as a member of State Street Global Advisors' Executive Management Group.

Prior to her current role, Lynn was head of non-US markets of passive equities, responsible for overseeing the management of all non-US equity index strategies, as well as serving as portfolio manager for several equity index portfolios. She joined State Street Global Advisors in 1987.

Lynn has a Master of Business Administration in finance from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Science from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. She earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analyst Society. Lynn serves on the Board for the Posse Foundation Boston, a non-profit organization that partners with top colleges and universities to recruit and sustain outstanding young leaders from diverse backgrounds. She also is a member of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board's (SASB) Investment Advisory Group and serves on various index advisory boards.

Dwijen A. Gandhi is a Senior Director and Head of NYSE Indices within the ICE Data Services division of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). In this role, he and his team are responsible for the index licensing and index/ETF calculation services offered to ETP issuers, index providers, and other financial firms.  With close to 11 years of experience in index operations, sales, and development, Dwijen brings a client-first and flexible approach to ensure that the team can meet the needs of a diverse group of companies, all with varying index ideas and methodologies. While his primary focus is on overseeing daily index operations and leading the sales and marketing of NYSE indices and index services, he also engages in various index-related business development activities spanning various parts of ICE & NYSE. Through all of this, he bridges the gap between ETP listings, ICE Futures, and ICE Data, establishing ICE/NYSE as being able to offer a comprehensive multi-asset and multi-vehicle solution for indices.

Prior to working at ICE, Dwijen worked at the American Stock Exchange within the New Product Development area and then at NYSE Euronext within the Global Index & Exchange Traded Products team. Dwijen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University with a double major concentration in Economics and Biological Sciences, and a minor concentration in Financial Economics.

Brookly McLaughlin is Vice President for Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE). In this role she oversees the company’s approach to sustainability, including working with the New York Stock Exchange and its community of publicly-listed companies. She also oversees internal communications and employee learning and development programs.

Prior to joining ICE, McLaughlin worked for the Chicago Climate Exchange, which was acquired by Intercontinental Exchange in 2010. For the previous decade, McLaughlin was based in Washington, DC. She spent five years at the US House of Representatives Financial Services Committee communications office and five years at the US Treasury Department, including as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs under US Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson.

McLaughlin holds a degree in journalism and political science from Drake University.

Douglas Yones is currently the Head of Exchange Traded Products at the New York Stock Exchange, where he oversees the team responsible for the delivery of customized, full service end-to-end capabilities for ETP and Closed End Fund Issuers. Prior to joining the NYSE, Douglas spent 17 years at The Vanguard Group, most recently as the Head of Domestic Equity Indexing/ETF Product Management. From 2007 through 2015, Douglas worked on the development and launch of numerous ETFs in the U.S., U.K., and Canada. He also spent a number of years in Hong Kong, responsible for the development and launch of the regional ETF business for Vanguard in Asia.

Douglas holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation with the American College, an M.B.A from Villanova University, an undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University, and is a registered General Securities Principal with FINRA.

Chris Taylor is Vice President of Listings and Services at the New York Stock Exchange. In this role, Taylor leads the business and the team that works closely with the 2500 companies listed on the NYSE whose collective market capitalization tops $20 trillion. Taylor, who has more than 25 years of experience working with listed companies, is a frequent speaker and thought-leadership contributor on capital markets topics that impact issuers.

Prior to joining the NYSE, Taylor led the Global Investor Relations business at Ipreo, a leading market intelligence and data firm, for close to ten years. Prior to that, he served as lead Managing Director at CapitalBridge where he oversaw the global operations of the firm.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Organization from the University of Connecticut.
